Industrial Catalysts and Resources (Pty) Ltd (“ICR”) supplies customers from Saulsville, Pretoria. Delivery availability, timing and cost depend on the destination, product type, stock availability, order value and any special handling requirements.
Local delivery within approximately 20 km
- Orders below R2,500: R150 local delivery fee.
- Orders of R2,500 or more: free local delivery where the address falls within ICR’s eligible local delivery area.
The local zone is measured approximately from Saulsville, Pretoria and is also controlled by the eligible areas or postal codes shown at checkout. ICR may contact you to verify that the delivery address qualifies before dispatch.
Delivery outside the local area
Delivery outside the eligible local area is quoted separately based on destination, parcel size, weight, urgency, carrier availability and any hazardous-goods or special-handling requirements. Submit an RFQ or contact us before ordering if checkout does not offer a suitable delivery method. No order will be dispatched until the applicable delivery charge has been accepted and paid.
Free collection in Saulsville
Customers may select free collection from 66 Matlejoane Street, Saulsville, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0125. Collection is by prior confirmation only. Please wait for a “ready for collection” notice and bring the order number and identification. Collection times will be agreed with the customer.
Processing and delivery times
Estimated processing or lead times shown in a quotation, product listing or order confirmation begin after cleared payment and any required specifications have been received. Standard in-stock products are normally prepared as soon as reasonably possible. Special-order, branded, imported, bulk or supplier-dependent products may require longer lead times, which will be communicated before fulfilment.
Delivery dates are estimates unless ICR expressly agrees in writing to a fixed date. Delays may result from supplier availability, courier operations, weather, access restrictions, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will communicate material delays and work toward a practical solution.
Receiving an order
- Provide a complete address, contact person and reachable telephone number.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access for the delivery vehicle.
- Check the number of packages and visible condition before signing.
- Record visible damage or shortages on the delivery document and notify ICR promptly.
- Additional delivery attempts caused by an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or restricted access may be charged to the customer.
Risk and ownership
Risk passes as provided by applicable law and the agreed order terms, ordinarily when goods are delivered to the nominated address or collected by the customer or their authorised representative. Ownership remains with ICR until full cleared payment has been received.
