Industrial Catalysts and Resources (Pty) Ltd (“ICR”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and processes personal information responsibly in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable South African laws.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when requesting a quotation, contacting us, creating an account, placing an order or communicating with our team. This may include your name, company name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order and RFQ information, product specifications, payment confirmation and correspondence.
Our website may also collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and cookies required for website security, shopping-cart functionality and performance.

4. Payments
Payments may be made by EFT or through an approved third-party payment gateway when enabled. ICR does not intentionally store complete card details on this website. Payment providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.
5. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is necessary with trusted service providers such as website hosting, payment, accounting, courier, delivery, IT and professional advisers, or with authorities where required by law. Providers are expected to protect the information and use it only for the agreed service.

You can manage non-essential cookies through the website consent controls or your browser. Embedded services such as maps may set their own cookies only after the applicable consent is provided.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal, accounting, tax, warranty and dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete inaccurate or unnecessary information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children’s information
Our products and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
